Assists the IT Director and Information Technology Manager in the organization, planning, and operations of the information technology department. The incumbent must have good administrative skills and technical experience as well as excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to perform in a fast-paced customer service oriented position. Consistently interacts with staff at all levels and at all site locations. Externally, this position interfaces with IT contacts, technical contractors, and vendors that provide technology resources and support to Didlake.
  1. Assists with all IT aspects of planned company projects.
  2. Maintains all technology asset inventory to include regular audits
  3. Responsible for organizing and maintaining multiple helpdesk systems
  4. Maintains all corporate file/folder permissions
  5. Responsible for managing the active directory system to include setting up new users, removing inactive users and managing movement of users throughout the organization
  6. Manages vendor accounts including the auditing of all invoices and payments
  7. Responsible for all supply orders to include printer/ink management
  8. Provides reports to staff as requested and organizes, analyzes, and classifies information required by the company.
  9. Maintains computer software library
  10. Responsible for keeping the server room and equipment clean and organized
  11. Provides leadership to staff by promoting a spirit of team work and continuous quality improvement; balances team work with individual responsibility, reliability, dependability, responsibility.
  12. Provides and coordinates routine ITsupport and assistance to all departments and Didlake sites in a Windows 2003/2007 client/server network environment.
  13. Troubleshoots software, hardware and communication issues.
  14. Performs workstation installs and /or upgrades to computer systems (both hardware and  software).
  15. Monitors and interprets Didlake computer systems and software.
  16. Installs PC’s, computer monitors, and peripheral equipment.
  17. Installs computer programs on individual employee workstations.
  18. Teaches best practice techniques for computer software and hardware to all employees at all levels.
  19. Maintains building security access, issues security cards and controls door access.
AA degree in business or Information Systems Management and 1 year prior relevant experience or equivalent training in related field, or High School diploma and a minimum of 3 years relevant job-related experience such as technology support, project management and/or contract management is required. Knowledge of Windows based systems, Microsoft Office 2003/2007/2010, MS Exchange 2003, Active Directory, Email, and Antivirus systems, MS Visio 2003, MS Project 2003, Cisco VPN, Blackberry Enterprise Server, ServiceDesk Plus Helpdesk Software, Ceridian HPL a plus , ADP HR Perspective/PC Payroll a plus, and Etime Systems Support, Keyscan Security Software, Must be flexible and willing to travel to Didlake locations.
